Steel bar for outdoor area in Tiburon
We wanted to preserve the mill scale finish that comes from manufacturing hot rolled steel
The entire bar was powder-coated with a clear finish, this stops rust and provides a super durable finish. We didn't sandblast to preserve the mill scale
The CNC plasma did an excellent job cutting everything, including the holes in the top for the sink and faucet
Whats a custom bar without custom coasters, we cut these out of scrap and included them with the bar (we knew he was a hunter)
Integrated foot rest, more CNC plasma cut parts make this easy and look well orchestrated
